Returns and Exchanges

At Down Ball Golf, we want you to love your gear. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Return Policy

  • We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags still attached.

  • Sale or clearance items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange unless the item is defective.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is incorrect or defective.​

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at sales@downballgolf.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll send you return instructions, including the address to send your item(s).

  3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.
    Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to process.

Exchanges

  • If you need a different size, color, or style, the fastest way is to return the original item and place a new order for the item you want.

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability at the time the new order is placed.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us at sales@downballgolf.com within 7 days of delivery. Please include photos of the issue to help us resolve it quickly.

  • Worn or washed items

  • Items missing tags or original packaging
